At Maronko Fashion, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read our policy carefully as conditions may vary depending on your location.

Domestic Orders (United States)

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@maronkofashion.com with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

International Orders (Rest of World — Managed Markets)

International orders are fulfilled through our Managed Markets partner, Global-e, who acts as the merchant of record for all international transactions.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Duties and taxes are non-refundable on international orders
  • Refunds on international orders paid in foreign currency are guaranteed at the original exchange rate for 30 days from the date of purchase
  • For orders older than 30 days, refunds will be processed at the current exchange rate at the time of the refund

European Union Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@maronkofashion.com before the 14-day period expires. You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return shipment.

Conformity of Goods: All products sold by Maronko Fashion conform to their description and are fit for purpose. If you receive a defective or non-conforming item, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under EU Directive 2019/771/EU.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Swimwear and lingerie (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@maronkofashion.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Processing times:

  • Credit/debit cards: 5–10 business days
  • Shop Pay / digital wallets: 3–5 business days
  • Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
